Have you cooperated with students before?

Yes, in the past we had collaborations with Italian universities to develop together fresh and new ideas for the market. We shared projects in the Chemical and Design area. Then, obviously, we like the approach of Pushka Forum and that's why we participated at last editions to join forces and relationships also with Russian and, more in general, foreign universities.

What do you appreciate in your employees?

In Elleci, we share six corporate values; among them the ones I perceive the most are PASSION and CARE FOR DETAILS. Without these two values a product can't be successful; sure, it will go on the market, but it will lack something, it will not have identity, surely it will have some defects. For us, every single Elleci product has got inside the passion and the heart that every employee puts inside.

What did you like about the last Forum?

First, let me say that we like and share the general idea and purposes of the Forum. The freshness and the concept of "dreams becoming true" are exceptional strengths and all the companies should preserve a space where to innovate with the help of young talents. We saw in last edition's students the same passion and care for details that is so present in Elleci

What do you expect from the upcoming Forum?

To reply "New ideas" is quite easy and obvious. But we definitely go further, we want to discover together and then share a piece of future

What is your advice for future participants?

To believe in themselves, in what they are doing, in what they have in mind; to be brave without any fear of proposing concepts; to be open-minded to see things from multiple angles
